We only call/text about your job unless you opt in to marketing SMS at booking. Reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Card Data

We don't store your full card number — only the last 4 digits for the receipt. All card processing is handled by PCI-DSS providers (PayPal, Clover).

Delete Your Data

You can request a copy or deletion of the personal data we have on you. Email contact@tdservicellc.com and we respond within 30 days.

Disputes

Most disputes are handled by direct conversation. If not, arbitration (Peoria County, IL) or small-claims court for amounts under $5,000. You have a 30-day opt-out window for arbitration.

If We Damage Property

Tell us within 7 days, send a photo. We repair, replace, or reimburse up to the lesser of actual cost, $2,500, or 3× the job price. We coordinate with your insurer if it's more.

Right to Refuse / Be Refused

We may refuse a job only for neutral reasons (safety, capacity, licensing, conduct, payment). Never for who you are.

TD Service LLC is a single-member Illinois limited liability company, based in Peoria, IL. Owner-operated. We are not a 501(c)(3). The LLC's scope is contract waste and debris hauling and the retail sale of goods. We do not offer plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, pest control, lawn care, or general home services, and we do not broker or refer for those services. Customers needing those trades should engage them directly.
